3. Need to get a license:-

A person who wants to get a license must apply in the following format:-
(a) To produce films in the format as per Schedule-1,
(b) To distribute films in the format as per Schedule-2,
(c) to exhibit films in the format as per Schedule-3 and
(d) To build and run a movie house in the format as per Schedule-4.
